What we collect
When you submit a quote request, booking request or contact message, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, location, property information, preferred date, message and any optional photographs. We record when you agree to this notice.
Why we use your information
We use these details to understand your cleaning requirements, prepare quotations, discuss availability, arrange confirmed bookings, respond to questions and maintain our service records. We do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing list through these forms.
Your property photos
Photos uploaded with a customer request are private and available only to our management team. We remove image metadata during processing. They are not used in the public project gallery. Public project photographs are uploaded separately and are published only after permission is confirmed.
How we store and share information
Request records and processed photos are stored in our protected database. Our authorised management team can access them through the private dashboard. Hosting, database and transactional email providers may process information as needed to provide these services. Customer details are not available through public reference lookups.
Cookies and security
The private dashboard uses an essential, expiring sign-in cookie. Public enquiry forms do not require an account. We use request validation and abuse controls to help protect the service. There are no advertising trackers installed by this application.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry and booking details for service delivery and necessary business records. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information that is no longer required by sending a message through our contact page. Include your request reference where available. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.
